I had completed Diploma and currently pursuing last year of Engineering. The last year marks of Diploma is used to take admission in Engineering. I have 84% in last year of diploma but i have 58% in 1st year 2nd semester. Excluding that semester i have more then 60% in degree and diploma in each semester. My question is am i applicable to apply companies whose criteria is 60% throughout?
I have 86% in 10th also

Yes, you are eligible to apply for the companies where the required criteria is 60% throughout.

The overall aggregate will be taken in consideration instead of aggregate in any particular semester. So, you need to focus your preparation to selection procedure.
