Can I change tread to electronics and communication after completing diploma in electrical engineering??

Yes,you can change branch from EE to ECE.

Candidates can also change course from civil engineering to any other branch of engineering

Yes. After completing your diploma in electrical engineering, you can change your branch to electronics and communication. However, you must appear at the entrance with ECE as your preferred branch. Your preferred branch at the time you filled out the application should be ECE.
