Yes, you are eligible to apply for B. Sc Civil Engineering after completing a Diploma. You can directly eligible to apply for 2nd year B.Sc Civil Engineering after Diploma. But, you must qualify in the entrance exam lateral entry exam conducted by the respective university. You can get admission based on the admission test performance.

For admission in a B.Sc Civil Engineering, the student must have passed the Intermate (10+2) examination with science subject such as biology, maths and chemistry from a recognized university. It is mandatory to qualify in the entrance exam with good marks to get admission.
