Can i get admission in a renowned university with 625 PGECET rank?

for getting admission in diploma course in any college you have to compete in counseling to get a seat. 625 rank in PGECET is quite good but being a good rank holder you can also have to go for counselling. Once a seat is allotted to you then simply visit to college campus and claim your admission before 2nd counselling starts. As if 2nd counselling started and you are unable to claim your admission then your allotted seat will be cancelled.
