I have completed diploma in civil engineering, but I want to do BE or B.Tech in chemical
Engineering. If it is possible, please give advice.

No, it is not possible to pursue B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering after completion of your three years Diploma course in Civil Engineering. Being a Diploma holder in Civil Engineering, you are eligible to get direct admission in second year of four years B. E/B. Tech Civil Engineering course through lateral entry admission process, but you are not eligible to get admission for pursuing B. E/ B. Tech Chemical Engineering course.

You can't get admission in B.Tech chemical engineering through lateral entry but can get admission in first year through JEE Main and Advanced.

Hence, it is possible to pursue, if you want to study from first year through entrance exam like JEE. Lateral entry admission will be available only in B.Tech civil engineering.

No, diploma in Civil Engineering candidates are not eligible for B.Tech/B.E in Chemical Engineering.

Those candidates who have completed diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university are eligible for B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.

Your age should be above 17 years.
