I have finished ITI electrician course. Now I work in one company. I want to study in D.EEE Please tell me which college offer evening college in Chennai?

You can study the Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering through evening mode in Chennai at Murugappa Polytechnic College. For taking admission, you have to contact the polytechnic college and obtain the application form for lateral entry diploma course (as you have studied ITI). The part time diploma course duration shall be 8 semesters over 4 years. Candidates who have passed 10th and ITI shall be eligible for the diploma in electrical and electronics engineering through part time mode.
