I have completed 3 years diploma in civil engineering and i also got more than 60marks per year ..then i am suitable for the post of police constable or not?.?

Yes. Diploma in civil engineering holder can become a Police Constable. So, after completing the Diploma, you are eligible to join Police Constable.

For being eligible , one has to be between 18-22 yrs.
Must have passed 10th and 12th or diploma from a recognised institution with good percentage.
Must be able to run a distance of 4.8 km in 27 minutes in one chance.
For female candidates weight should be 40 kg , no such requirement for males.
Height should be 168cm for males and 152 cm for females.

In order to become police constable, you are required to meet the basic eligibility criteria that is required.

Minimum eligibility criteria required to join police department is:-

Graduation or bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University.

As diploma in civil engineering course is an undergraduate course, you are not eligible to join police department as police constable.

I suggest you to pursue BE/BTech in civil engineering course in order to be eligible.

In order to be a police constable you are required to appear in civil service recruitment examination that is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
