Diploma in Policing holder gets a direct post or training is mandatory?
If you have a Diploma in Policing from a university do you get a direct post or I will still need to go to other policing training with people who don't have qualification in policing?

If you are trying for job in private sector, then you need to crack interview and after selection, you need to undergo necessary training.
Even for government jobs, you need to complete all the training after clearing the written and interview stage. |

Candidates having a diploma in policing can apply for jobs in both private and government sectors.But,in both sectors, training is mandatory to get job.
