Eligibility for admission in lateral entry in diploma (polytechnic) evening collage for outsiders working in Karnataka?
I am from west bengal, completed ITI (2 years NCVT) from there. Now I am working as a Technician ( central government employee) at ISRO in Bangalore. Can I take admission in diploma (polytechnic) evening collage in Karnataka? I have informed from a private polytechnic institute that outsiders are not eligible for lateral entry in diploma (polytechnic). Please provide me the true information.

1) The candidate must be a citizen of India. 2) For Technical(Engineering) Courses:should have passed Karnataka S.S.L.C or equivalent examination by securing 35% marks in aggregate. 3) For Non-technical (Non-Engineering)Courses: a) Commercial Practice and Apparel Design & Fabrication Technology / Modern office Management Should have passed Karnataka S.S.L.C or Equivalent Examination by securing 35% marks in aggregate. |
