Eligibility to join JE(Civil) in PSU for Diploma holder in Architecture Assistant?

Can Diploma holder in Architecture Assistant eligible for the post of JE(Civil) in any PSU? Kindly let me know immediately. Thank you!

Candidate have to appear and pass GATE exam to apply for JE ( Civil ) in PSU for Diploma holder.

Eligibility to join J.E. ( Civil ) in PSU for Diploma holder in Architecture Assistant :

Candidate must have passed graduation degree in Engineering from any recognised university.
There is no age limit to appear in GATE exam.
There is no minimum percentage criteria.
Score of GATE is applicable for 2 years.
