Re: How to get recruited in NTPC after PGDM?
You can definitely get recruited after your PGDM Course.NTPC basically recruits the candidates under the name of the post as Executive trainees. For this executive trainees NTPC give the access to the following qualified graduates. They are from Masters in Business Administration/ICWA/Chartered Accountant/PG Diploma /PGDM Courses. For this recruitment to be eligible the minimum qualification required is a Bachelor Degree as given in the above qualifications.
You must have secured a minimum of 65% aggregate in your academics. If the candidates going from the MBA stream then the specialization must be Human Resources. Remember the Educational qualification must be received from a recognized university. The upper age limit is 29 years,so the maximum age must not exceed 29 years of age.The CA/ICWA qualified candidates from the institute recognized by the Appropriate statutory Authority of India are also eligible. The final year candidates are also eligible for the examination. The selection process consists of the Two rounds basically. The first round is of the Group discussion. And the final round of selection for the candidates who completed GD round will have to go for the personal Interview. So those who qualify these rounds can expect their career in NTPC. |
