State PCS conducts the entrance examination for the recruitment as RTO.

The required minimum educational qualification is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit varies with state and relaxation for reserved category.

So, candidates with diploma degree are not eligible to appear for the examination.

You have to pursue bachelor degree course after the completion of the diploma degree.

Candidates who want to become RTO officers must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university but there is no direct recruitment for the RTO post. So, if you want to become RTO officer then you have to pursue graduation.

Those who want to become RTO officer must be a graduate in any field with atleast 55% marks from a recognised board.
There is no direct recruitment for RTO post.
Thus you need to have bachelor's degree to apply for exam.
Indian applicants with atleast 19 years of age and having bachelor's degree can apply for RTO exam.
