Those who have completed their class 12th in any stream with atleast 60% marks from a recognised board are eligible for BA course.
5% relaxation is provided to SC/ST category. Diploma holders can also apply for BA course. A bachelor degree is more advanced than a diploma . |

Yes, you can purse graduation course after completion your diploma course even if you have not completed your 12th standard.
Candidates who have passed 3 years diploma course from a recognised board are eligible to pursue graduation course. |

Yes, it's possible to pursue regular B.A after completing polytechnic in computer science.
But at the same time you can't do both course. |
