It depends on your career goals and interests.

If you are interested in pursuing a career in safety management and want to advance to leadership positions in the field, an MBA in safety management could be a good choice for you. It will provide you with a broad range of business skills and knowledge, as well as specialized training in safety management.

On the other hand, if you are interested in a technical role in engineering, a diploma in engineering could be a better fit for you. It will give you a more in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles and may lead to opportunities for more technical roles.

Ultimately, the decision between an MBA in safety management and a diploma in engineering should be based on your career goals and interests.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
