Three years diploma civil engineering after 10 th use in govt job ,
but two years civil diploma after 12th(lateral entry) ka govt job me apply kyo nahi h resion do ya phir sabal utao? Can someone please answer me quick on the same?

There are two ways doing the diploma course.

One is doing the diploma immediately after 10th and the other is doing diploma after 12th standard.

If you do you diploma after 10th then it will take 3 years to complete.

If you join immediately after 12th then you can join directly in 2nd year so you can complete in two years.

But it is 1 year waste if you do it by 12th+diploma because 10+Diploma and 10+12 both have same value.

I prefer you to go for Diploma directly or 12th+graduation rather than 12+diploma.
