Computer engineering is a good course and it has good scope also. There is no office or company where computers are not used, In this scientific world there is need of computers. For this fast world computers are our necessity. So for this hardware and software both are required and it is best that you have choose this field for your career.

After computer engineering you can apply for the degree in this field and as you have done diploma in this field then you can get admission in direct 2nd year it is best for you. You will get admission through the lateral entry scheme. So, you should go for it.

There are so many companies in which you can apply after the B.Tech in computer science:

Intel
Patani
Hp
Dell
Infosys

And there are also many other companies in which you can apply for the job after the B.Tech and you can also apply for the M.Tech and after that you may get better job and better salary.
