Re: Whether Diploma students are eligible to give GATE exam or not?
No, Diploma holders are not eligible to appear in GATE examination. The minimum educational qualification required to appear in GATE examination is completion of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy from a recognised university. Candidates who are pursuing final year of Graduation course are also eligible to appear in GATE examination. Since, you have not pursued Bachelor's degree course, being a Diploma holder, you are not eligible to appear in GATE examination.

Re: Whether Diploma students are eligible to give GATE exam or not?
No, diploma students are not eligible for GATE exam, because GATE exam is only for the candidates, who have completed Bachelor's in Engineering and Technical related courses and who want to join in M.Tech and M.Arch courses. So, now you are not eligible to appear for GATE exam. You can appear for this exam, after the completion of your Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E/B.Arch courses.
