Yes, 12th passed students from commerce stream are eligible to apply for the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students (CSSS). Eligibility for the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students is as follows:

>Students who have scored over the 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from a particular Board of Examination in Class 12th
>Students who are pursuing a regular course
>Applicant’s having family income of less than Rs 6 Lakh per year
>Applicant should not receive any other scholarship
