I want to know what is tution fee &
hostel fee in aiims for ms in surgery?
can i get scholarship for this course?
if not then i can apply for education loan?

Yes, you can apply for education loan after securing admission at AIIMS for MS (Surgery) course. Although, you won't need education loan to study at AIIMS because fee is almost very less and can be afforded by even poor students.

Hostel and tuition fee are very negligible. Almost Rs. 1000 per year is required for fee and hostel with mess.
