I have failed in 12th that's why I have done Diploma and now I want to do btech am I eligible for loan?

If you want to education loan, then Ist you must have your college/school/ course fees structure which is required along with your imp documents and marksheet to give it to bank.
After that according to your fees structure you get education loan.

Also you need to submit the documents and it may very from bank to bank .

To qualify for an education loan, the candidate must have the following documents.

1. Academic credentials' grade reports.
2. A copy of the Institute's admission letter and fees schedule.
3. Last six months of bank statements or passbooks
4. KYC documents
5. Identification documents such as a driving license or voter ID card.

The candidate must then communicate with the bank manager to begin the loan approval process.

Yes you can apply for education loan once your admission is confirmed in B.tech
Banks easily provide loan for reputed colleges.
Admission must be secured on the basis of merit or entrance exam.
Applicant must be an Indian citizen and must be above 18 years of age.

For loans above 7.5 lacs both collateral security and third party gurantee is required.
For Indian colleges one can avail loan upto 10 lacs.
