Not qualifying NET do not rule you out from getting scholarship or fellowship while pursuing PhD course.
Yes, it is true that you will not be entitled to get UGC fellowship for pursuing PHD but there are certain institutes that have their own fellowship schemes such as IITs, DU, JNU, etc.. You should look to join these premier institute by clearing their respective PhD admission process if you have failed to qualify UGC NET. |
