I am trying to apply an education loan in Axis Bank for my Post Graduation. I want to know that for applying an education loan what interest charges during the moratorium period? Kindly tell me immediately.

Axis Bank charges the simple interest rate during moratorium period. after moratorium period, you will have to make the first payment. This is called EMI which will include the interest and part of the principal amount.

Holiday period which is called moratorium period is course duration plus one year or 6 months after getting a job whichever is earlier. You should be a citizen of India and have a secured admission in India or Abroad through entrance test / merit based selection process post completion of HSC (10+2) to be eligible to apply for Axis Bank Education Loan.
