How a poor student can study for IAS exam if he is not able to arrange money for coaching and books?
If he is not able to enroll for coaching because of fees & also not have sufficient money to purchase all types of books.Is there any website or organization which can provide books or study material for him.Plz guide.In these exams ,in future lots of money is needed like admission in medical or its totally unbaised?

govt. BC study circles are available for poor students. by using this opportunity a poor student can study for IAS exam.
