Scholarships are given on various grounds like good performance of the students in the qualifying exams, students belonging to particular caste or category, students performing well in the entrance exams based on which admission is done, students who are not economically stable and on performing well in the scholarship exams.
Scholarships are given in the form of money usually. Such amount can be utilized to meet the expense of the students and can act as a financial aid. There are various organizations who provide scholarships and each one of them have a definite number to whom they will provide scholarship before they roll out advertisement of scholarship application. |
