1. Visit this website https://space.nss.org/settlement/nasa/Contest/
2. Register and create a new account.
3. Start the entry and submit the design entry.
4. Individual students or a team of maximum 12 members participate this contest.
5. There is a submission fee of USD 10 for each entry.
