can i get scholarship for M.tech if i am an
open category candidate sir what are the
rules for getting scholarship and how much i will get????

First of all make sure that you have got admission at an AICTE approved M.Tech college through any engineering entrance exam. You can approach banks offering education loan in your area with all the admission documents which you have and apply on an application form.

A guarantor will be required for getting your education loan approved. Anyone earning a decent salary can become your guarantor.
