I didnot received my admit card till now.please inform me about it that when i will get that.my enrolment no. is-500585.my mail address is [email protected] you.

Yet I dont received my admit card. Plz say me the last date of getting it.

Hi dear,Last date to receive admit card is April 2nd,2011.
If not received then you should contact personally/through authorized representative along with following relevant documents for procurement of duplicate admit card.

-Xerox copy of the filled-in WBJEE Application Form.
-Postal slip for despatch of filled-in Application Form (Speed Post).
-Two identical copies of the colour photographs (as pasted in the Application Form) duly attested by the Head of the recognised institution last attended.
-Bank Slip (which is retained by the candidate).
-Original admit cards of Madhyamik (10th Standard) or equivalent examinations/H.S.(10+2) or equivalent examinations.

Duplicate admit card will be issued from the office of the Board, to the concerned candidates in person from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the period from 06.04.2011 to 9.04.2011.

The admit card should be received before 3rd April,2011.If not received then you should contact the authorized representative.

Issue of admit cards : 18.04.11
Don't worry Last date for Receive the admit card : 07.05.11
If the candidates don't receive the admit card 07.05.11.Apply for duplicate admit
card will be issued from the office of the board to the concern person from 11.00
a.m To 4.00 P.m during the period from 10.05.11 To 13.05.11

SINCE WBJEE EXAM DATE IS SHIFTED TO 22nd MAY DUE TO ELECTION POLLS, YOU WILL BE RECEIVING THE ADMIT CARD TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO 22nd MAY.

Dear Friend

Your application form has been received to the JEM office.

If due to some reasons you have not yet received your admit card
then you can get a duplicate admit card issued from the concerned
office.

You will have to get duplicate admit card in person from the office.

The issue of duplicate admit card will be done in the period spanning
from 10th May to 13th May in between 11am to 4pm.

Please go through the notice attached with this message and
information brochure of JEM.

After receipt, if the Original admit card is lost before examination then for obtaining the duplicate admit card the original copy of the missing diary lodged in the local police station in this regard will have to be produced in addition to the aforesaid documents; as stated above [Vide a) to e)]. Requisite fee of Rupee 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) in the form of a Bank Draft to be drawn in favour of “West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board,” payable at Kolkata/Howrah has to be paid for the purpose.
Candidates must ensure that the photographs on the admit card are not mutilated/distorted/soiled even by accident and the hologram pasted on the photograph is not torn or taken out. Candidates with such admit cards will not be allowed to appear in the Joint Entrance Examination.

Candidates must retain their admit cards carefully in a secured place in undamaged condition in all respect as stated above till the completion of admission procedure. No duplicate Admit Card will be issued after the Joint Entrance Examination under any circumstances.
