Karnataka Administrative Services (KAS) exam is conducted by Karnataka Public Service commission. It is similar to the civil services exam for recruitment to the post coming under the group 1 & 2 Civil services post in the state of Karnataka.

I am doing B.A final year with Bangalore University under open university scheme(on 10th basis and not completed 12th std) so, please tell me whether am I elegible to take KAS & IAS exams.
