i hav got AIR 4048 (obc category ) in aieee b.arch 2010........and my state category rank is 77.........i m 4rm jharkhand..........in which college can i get admission.................

i got 175 marks in b.arch in aieee and AIR 17167. WHERE CAN I GET ADMISSION IN 2010 ?

For selection in B.Arch you must get AIR rank up to 5000.

hi,
The roundabout cutoff will be sync around 5 -10 marks less than what the general score is. You can contact the last year examinees for the priority in the marks for the least cut offs.

admission to any college depend upon your All India Rank and AIR depends upon the cut off marks which varies every year.
their is limited seats available so go for the college and apply.

I too got 214 marks in B.Arch, AIEEE exam held this year..

My state rank is 76 and All India Rank is 3395..

I'm a candidate contesting under open category..

So i cant get admission in any college with this mark..

But if i'm an S.C candidate, I have reservation of seats and so I can easily get into an NIT with this mark..

you will definitely get a college of your choice in any of the NITs you wish for that you have to score near about 1000 all India rank.

to get take admission in another top colleges ,for that you have to score near about 4000 all India rank.

and it varies every year.but generally .if you will score only the 40% of the

total marks you will get selected.

how many times a candidate can take aieee examinaataion

As aieee has 2 papers, the 1st one for BTech, and the 2nd one for BArch, will my rank in the 1st paper (maths phy chem for btech) have any effect on my rank in the 2nd paper (maths apt. for barch)? i have enrolled for both the papers, but am more interested in pursuing the B. Arch. course, n not B. Tech.

i had a query, bout how is the rank calculated based on both paper-1 , and paper-2(b.arch)
in case a candidare gets good marks in b.arch paper but not a good score in the general paper...is there a scope to get a good architecture collage

is the architectural rank independent of the first main paper?

In A.I.E.E.E you need to score 50 marks to get a private college but 150 marks to get government college and its better to get a government college.
