In 10th i got 62.6 percent,in 12th i got 51 percent and in bca I got 78 percent.can I get job in MNC or other good company,which is better for career

I think you have to be smart along with good grades in 10th and 12th

Class 10 and Class 12 grades at the time of placement only qualify you for a specific company in accordance with the grades needed by the company to qualify for an interview. Your ability to find a job or be placed entirely relies on the skills and talents*you have developed while studying.

Generally MNCs will see your performance from class 10 to MCA but MCA scores will be given a preference. For example if you have very good scores in 10, 12 and BCA but poor in MCA then there may be a problem in your selection.

At the time of placement, your Class 10 and Class 12 grades only qualify you for a particular company in accordance with the grades required by the employer to qualify for an interview. The abilities and talents you have acquired while studying will be solely responsible for you to find employment in an MNC.

As far as you are concerned about the importance of marks in the academic degrees in case of job applications in good MNCs (Multi National Companies) than I would like to mention here that it does not matters in most of the companies but certain companies (very few) do set some minimum marks requirement criteria to shortlist candidates for their actual technical rounds and HR rounds but these can be overcome by candidates skill sets and other extra curricular activities which means you will have fairly decent opportunities for getting into MNCs if you have required skill sets as per the job profile requirement.
