Since you have completed graduation there should be no problem in applying for the LLB course. You are also meeting the age limit. The only issue could be the percentage. You need to meet certain percentage to apply for the LLB course.
Please remember to apply for the 3 years LLB course. Since you have already completed graduation there is no need to apply for the 5 years course. Otherwise you will end up doing graduation twice which makes absolutely no sense. Another important thing to remember is that LLB can not be pursued through correspondence mode. It is not offered through distance education or the correspondence mode. While you will find that there is a Bachelor of Law degree that is offered through correspondence. Do not mistake it for the LLB. Its a different law course which is not recognized by the Bar Council of India. You will not be allowed to practice in the court if completed the bachelor degree in law from the correspondence mode. As for the admission, there are various colleges/universities that offers 3 years LLB course. Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University are among them. LLB Eligibility 1. For 3 years LLB course you should have graduation degree. 2. 45-50 percent marks depending on the college. 3. Up to 5 percent relaxation for the SC/ST. 4. BCI has set the age limit at 30 years. 5. Only SC/ST are eligible for the 5 years relaxation. |
