personnel interview is the last stage of selection process in all the jobs. And they are more or less similar. The aim of them is to analyse you and find out whether you will be suitable for the job or not. It do not imply that you do not have necessary skill if you are not selected. It means that you have not impressed them during the process.
They do not prepare questions and come for the interview mostly they will ask from the answers you give and based on the informations you have given in the resume. The questions asked are
1. Introduce yourself?
2. Why did you choose this job?
3. Why should i choose you?
4. Will you go to bigger companies in case you are given a job?
5. What are your positive and negative points?
6. How will you overcome your negative points?
7. Will you work without salary?
8. What is important for you job or money? Do not give false answers and do not give up your answers. And be free to accept your mistake.
