my gate score is 416(in cs) and my tancet score is 34.215.i am from kerala and OBC category.With this score how can i apply for admission?please tell me the best option...is there any chance to get into a government college?when will be the admission procedure for anna university starts? plz reply me...my mail id: [email protected]

My TANCET score is 53.973 and i belong to OBC. My GATE score is 23.6(CS stream). I'm not sure about with which score to apply for M.E. If I apply with TANCET, will i be able to get the scholarship. My native is trinelveli and i'm from a middle-class family. Sir, can u plz suggest me some colleges which are economically good for me.

Hai Friends,
GATE Score and Marks is not mandatory for admission. But it is consider for Admission on Merit basis. If you got 40 Marks you get top colleges with top courses. otherwise gate score and marks is only for getting scholarships purpose not for admission. If you got Below 20, it is not possible to get admission in colleges through gate. because the no. of seats are limited.

Sure.

You can apply for tancet counselling with gate score alone

but keep in mind, seat allocation for gate qualified students is very less than tancet students.

GATE cut off is not a cut off for admission but it is a cut off for getting scholarship.
As you got 21.33 marks in GATE.
so, you can easily apply for PSG tech.
but you can't get any scholarship.
for admission in any college kindly visit their respective website.

The tancet paper for ME cse was very tough this year. Even maths questions were complicated. Will there be any change in the cut off this year ? I think i might get around 38 - 42.
