For freshers as well as lateral job openings there is a Facebook group "Palakol Folks - Hire Me!" . This group gives details of so many openings. Myself and many of my friends got placed in top MNC's thru this site. You can add yourself to this group and get the latest job openings in India. Also, there are many guidance provided thru this group.

for placements keep visiting sites like freshers world, monster....if u r interested in MNC, for that u should be prepared for MNCs visiting different colleges n of course your college....
for improve eng, read daily newspaper, magzines( min 4 in a month) ,..interact with people in english, n if not possible then talk 2 your self in english...all u need to do is PRACTICE....
