naukri.com, monster.com, shine.com where you can register yourself and upload your resumes they will provide you with the vaccancies in different organizations and for improving english would like to suggest you to read english newspaper daily i know it will be difficult for you in starting stage but take a dictionary and see the meanings of words with whom you aren't familiar and also pronounce those words as stated in dictionary.watch english newz channels and follow the same practice as you do with newspapers.

just read news papers to increase ur vocabulary...first to increase vocab to improve english...read editorails,magzine etc..point out the difficult words and use those in general discussion..after some time u will see that ur english is improving...its the only way
