i want to learn part time MBA in 2012 batch. so, should i appear for open mat exam on 21th augast 2011?

I have completed Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Karnataka in 1989, can i pursue Part time Engineering in Mechanical from IGNOU?

I have completed ITI in Instrumentation and want to continue Parttime Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from IGNOU?

What is the admission process for this university. What is the fee structure. When new batch will start. What will be the time. I am staying at kandivali which is the nearer center for me or else what is the address of this university.
