Hi All, I have completed my B.tech with 70 % aggregate;
and diploma with 76 %; I didnt go for 2 ; Is there compulsory to pass degree in 10 2 3 scheme for appearing deputy collector exam?? Am i eligible for apply deputy collector exam

but govt adv on hindu insists that born before july 1 1989..

actually i filled application for deputy collector kerala,but had one mistake in photo ie name of candidate and date is not visible will they reject my form

As i know for applying to the post of collector and assistant commissioner you should have graduate degree and and you age from18 years to 32 years.

when i submit application for deputy collector i accidently fill my date of birth as 11-08-1988 but it is actually 11-09-1988. now

to become a deputy collector u have to pass graduation nd then after u hav to appear in IAS exam conducted by UPSC. After qualifying this exam u will become deputy collector and after getting permotion u will become assistant comisner.

(ii) Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree of a recognised university with at least one of the subjects namely
Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics,
Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or
in Enginerring or an equivalent qualification.

(iii) No. of permissible attempts :4 for general
7 for OBC

For deputy collector and assistant commissioner candidate should be gradute if candidate in final year then he can also give the exam but he have to submit the documents related to his bachelor degree before appearing in mains exam.
