After completing even 12th you can apply for Company Secretary (CS),

Eligibility criteria for CS is that candidate must have completed 12th.

and regarding the application form fee,it is as follows:

foundation programe: cash payment of rs.200
executive programe: cash payment of rs.300

You have not mentioned your qualification. On 12th basis there is a test of foundation for cs and after graduation u can enter directly into intermediate programme of cs.

The fee for foundation test is 3600rs. and exams will be in nov. and june. The fee for intermediate is rs. 7000 and if u fill up the form now, u will be able to give one group in june 2011.

Fee Structure of company secretary are-

You need to spend Rs 3,600 for the foundation program. A commerce
graduate can pay a fee of Rs 7000 for Executive program and a
non-commerce graduate, Rs 7750.....
