Hear you are given IAS and IPS.The minimum requirement for the Fitness is Medical if you medically fit you are eligible and then main thing to prepare the Exam.
You should prepare the Entrance Exam daily.and there is no physical Test required for these posts.

But you should not be affected by any incurable diseases. Your routine check-up will be made if you are selected after the interview.

No physical fitness is required for IAS.......
Strong mental fitness is required to study hard.........
Only IPS have some physical requirements........

UPSC has not fix any specific criteria for physical test to IAS exam,

there is no factor of physical abilities .

Even a blind man can apply for IAS and he has the age considerations.

i dont think your problem should hamper your chances.

You can reach your destination with strong enthusiasm and great mind power.

One should JUST focus on the preparation; and avoid these trivial things.
