A girl can join Indian Air force after passing the graduation..
For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam..
C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year..

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass graduation with recognized university
> Age limit:-19-24 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

Graduation is the necessary condition for apply for being a pilot in IAF. Need to crack pilot aptitude battery test at first attempt. No second attempt . Before PABT, you need to crack CDS or AFCAT exam

Yes, girls are eligible to apply for Indian Air Force basically through two ways:-

CDS and AFCAT

CDS-COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE exam conducted by UPSC twice every year. The candidate must be an unmarried Indian National having either appear for final Graduation Degree exam or pass from a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics within the age of 19 to 24 years is eligible to apply for Indian Air Force of CDS.

AFCAT-AIR FORCE COMMON ADMISSION TEST conducted by Air Force once every year.

The candidate must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree from a recognised University with at least 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics within the age of 18 to 28 years is eligible to apply for Indian Air Force through AFCAT.

in fact females have a more priviledge over boys.
you must have cleared class 12 with maths and physics with minimum of 60%

the forms come out two time a year so you may decide when to apply..............

2. Technical Branch B.E./B.Tech

to join in Air Force, you have to appear an qualify UPSC exam.

through UPSC exam, you can join in Indian Air Force.

the criteria to attain in the UPSC exam is

minimum graduation in qualification with 55% marks.

Yes , girls can join air force.

You are having the following options to join air force:-

1. AS A PILOT:-

It is a short service commissioned entry. Short service commission in flying branch is only for 14 years with no further extension.
-> you can apply through AFCAT for SSC in flying branch.
ELIGIBILITY:
-> age:- 19 to 23 years at the time of the commencement of the course.
->qualification:- graduate(3 years) with at least 60% marks or BE/B.tech. from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.

AS AN AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER.:-

You can join air force as an aeronautical engineer through two scemes.
1. University entry scheme:- For the candidates studying in the pre-final year of B.E/B.Tech degree course.

2. Aeronautical engineering course:-
-> After completion of your engineering or while in your final semester, you can apply ti this course.


3. GROUND DUTY BRANCH:-
The ground duty includes administration branch, accounts branch, logistic branch, meteorology branch and accounts branch.

AGE:- 20 to 23 years for graduates and 25 years for post graduates.
You must be a citizen of India and unmarried.

For educational branch you must be a post graduate in in any discipline with at least 50% marks.

You can be part of the Short Service Commission and enter via the Non-tech (Both men & women), tech(Both men & women), NCC special entry(Both men & women) and Law graduates (Both men & women) medium. You will be serving as a Commissioned Officer for 10 years and is extendable up to 14 years. At the end of this period you have two options. Either elect for a Permanent Commission or opt out. You can be a part of any of the three branches of the Airforce after completing your graduation, Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Duties Branch. Air Force Common Admission Test or AFCAT is by far the biggest exam conducted for entry into the IAF. Candidates after appearing for the written test has to undergo (AFSB)SSB . The written test is same for all the candidates irrespective of the Branch Applied i.e. Flying, Technical or Ground Duties. Age should be between 19-23 Years and aspiring candidates has to be Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline and have Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR BE / B Tech (Four Year Course) and should scored Minimum 60% in all papers put together.
For technical entry, both Male/Female candidates should be between 18-28 Years and have acquired four year degree qualification from a recognized University.
AIR FORCE CET comprises of two parts

Part A- Multiple Choice Questions: English and General Awareness (30 Questions) (Duration 20 Minutes)

Part B- Descriptive Test in English: Three Questions - One Comprehension passage with 5 Questions, one letter writing and

One paragraph writing (Duration: 30 minutes).

This test is applicable to all those aspirants who apply for non-technical branches. The contents of the test include the following in

Part-A and Part-B respectively:-

Part A: English (Grammar and usage) and General Awareness – MCQs

Part B: General Composition in English

(i) Reading and Comprehension

(ii) Letter writing

(iii) Paragraph Writing
