You can apply for IAS with any graduation degree...

Does not matter if its CA....if CA is a graduation degree then you are absolutely eligible.

Because to become an IAS you should have completed your graduation first in any stream from any recognized university....that is the only educational criteria....then take a look at the following things.

1. Your age should be between 21 years and 30 years.
[33 years for Sc/ST]

2. You should have good knowledge in current affairs and social issues.
[Because you need to have very strong in that]

So if you fulfill the above conditions, you can easily crack IAS exam.

As to appear in the IAS exam, candidates need to have a graduation from any stream. As you have a B.com you can apply for the IAS exam. You must also meet the age limit criterion as to be qualified for the exam. The minimum age is 21 years. Candidates above 30 years are not eligible if not in the reservation category. As you are born in 1990 you will be in the apt age for the exam. Even with a CA you will be eligible for IAS exam. You must also be physically fit at the time of the exam. The application for the IAS exam will be available for sale from February 19th onwards. Make sure to apply before 21st March

Even if we dont have a degree, then also it will be valid?
