IES Stands for Indian Engineering Services. The IES Exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission every year. The Eligibility Criteria Required For IES Exam are : * You must have completed your .Tech in any one of the following streams : a) Civil Engineering b) Mechanical Engineering c) Electronics & Electrical Engineering d) Electronics & Communication Engineering * Your age must be in between 21-30 years. * You must be an Indian Citizen. * You do not have any pending backlogs. IES - Indian Engineering Service conducted by UPSC once every year which is only meant for B.Tech. Engineering candidate.
Engineering Branch eligible for IES exam :- -Mechanical -Electrical -Civil -Electronics and Telecommunication The eligible candidate having B.Tech. Degree in any stream of engineering can apply for IES but the candidate has to write IES in any one branch of Engineering mentioned above. -Mechanical Engineering -Civil Engineering -Electrical Engineering -Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering IES - Indian Engineering Service conducted every year by UPSC for appointment of young Engineers in the Top Technical post under various Dept. under Central Govt. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having completed B.Tech. Engineering Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The Engineering Branches are Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering These four branches are eligible to apply for the IES exam. IES stands for Indian Engineering Service. This exam conduct UPSC once in a year. Eligibility: You should Indian citizen. You should complete the Graduation. No percentage required. Final year candidates are eligible. The age limit is 21 to 30 years. 3 years relaxation for OBC. 5 years relaxation for SC\St. 10 years for PH. No of Attempts: 4- General 7-OBC No limit for SC\ST. Selection Process: Preliminary Exam Main Exam Interview all the best.............. |

IES stands for Indian Engineering Services Exam. This exam is being conducted once in a year to recruit the candidates into various Engineering services of India like
Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Here is the required eligibility criteria for the candidates to apply for this Exam. One should have completed Graduation in Engineering with any of the stream from a recognized university. Candidates who have appeared for final year exams of Engineering course and waiting for the results can also apply for this Exam. No minimum percentage of marks are required for the candidates in Engineering course to apply for this Exam. Age criteria : Candidates of General category should be in the age group of 21-30 years. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for the candidates of OBC category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of SC or ST category. Number of attempts : For General category : Maximum of 4 times For OBC category : Maximum of 7 times For SC or ST category : No limit on number of attempts. I suggest you to have good preparation for this Exam and apply for it. Wish you all the best. |
