You can join RAW if any of your relatives works there. No need to be and IAS or IPS. The truth is that it is Relative and Acquaintance Wing (RAW).

I have such experiences... Which will be very profitable for RAW.... It's now what they want..

RAW doesn't recruit candidates directly. They generally select candidates from other government departments in India, including intelligence agencies, administrative services, police services, armed forces etc.
many of the agents have been selected from IB ( intelligence bureau).
Only central level offers join RAW. In order to get central level jobs. You should appear in UPSC exam.
You can't directly join in th Indian RAW.
