I GOT 58.4% in 12th and 55% in PCM can i get placement in engineering college in IT in Punjab?

respected sir,i got 55.789 in pcm in my 12th board examination and aggregate of 67 percent all over...is i am able to get a good engineering college or i need to appear in improvement examination..

I am having 46% in pcm and 53% overall , can i get admissions in engineering colleges of maharastra??

I have got overall 79 % in 12th and 73% in pcm and 86% in pcb .But i have failed in most of the entrance exams.Do i have the chance of getting into good colleges?Will i get good jobs ?
