Is there have any cutoff marks for the first English &general knowledge paper? What is it true that the next technical paper are checked only when you score sufficient marks in English & general knowledge paper ? kindly reply?

i am appearing for ies 2013.. i am oc candidates can i know what will be cutt off this year for general also can know marks of last oc candidate who got selected for ies 2011
