For drug inspector you need to complete your
Bpharm with some good percentage of marks.
And 3 years of market experience either in the field fo manufacturing or drug designing.
Then you can appear for the UPSC exam

The Drug Inspector (DI) examination is generally a State Service under the Health & Family Welfare Department ,conducted by Union Public Service Commission(UPSC).

Qualification:

1: you should have a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy(B.Pharm) or Pharmaceutical Sciences of Medicine in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University or its equivalent

2:You should have minimum eighteen months’ experience in manufacture.

3:you age should be between 21yr-35yr for general candidates.
3yr relaxation for OBC and 5yr relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

4:You should be Indian citizen

5:You will be selected on the basis of Written examination and Viva Voce

i am studing in gov collage i am intrasted in drug inspecter so what is the eligibility for this & what is the salary for drug inspectar & how to go?

FOR BECOMING DRUG INSPECTOR YOU NEED FOLLOWING QUALIFICATION:-
EDUCATIONAL:- Degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences or Medicine with specialization in Clinical Pharmacology or Microbiology from a recognized University or equivalent from PCI approved college.
EXPERIENCE:-3 years experience in the manufacture or testing of Biological and special products.
TOY CAN TRY FOR THE UPSC,MPSC,BPSC.

-qualified from a govt approved i.e. AICTE or PCI approved college in the field of pharmcy,pharmaceutical science of medicine in clinical pharmacology or microbiology.
-very good percentage in your field
-3 yrs market experience in biological testing
-you should be a citizen of india
-age limit is 18 to 31 years

sir , me completed B.pharm and want to know about DI , is there any condition about college that it should be pci approved or only aicte register by a recognised university can apply for DI exam
