Dear friend,

It is good to know the Chapter wise Marks distribution in a particular subject of Board Exam.
You may get information about Chapter wise Marks distribution in Reference books of CBSE like Together with Publication books, R.S.Aggrawal (Maths) or R.D.Sharma (Maths), Modern's ABC (Chemistry), Dinesh (Physics) etc.

In NCERT, I don't think you will get information regarding this.

Also, note that it is not sure that every year the same marks distribution will be followed. It changes sometimes but approximately it remains same.
