i had done diploma in mechanics. can i take mechatronics in engineering?

HI I am Insaf...i hav finished my 12th class. i studied the ISC syllabus. I scored 92% ..I am planning to do ECE course for my UG ...I decided to do Robotics engineering in my M.S(Tat is PG course)..i want to do in abroad..I have big dreams of creating robots..wat best and top colleges are there at abroad for this robotics courses..in which field shall a specialise so tat i shall be able to create good robots..is ECE correct course for me to do at UG LEVEL..PLS REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..THANK U...

I'm doing my 2nd year mechanical engineering in bangalore. I would like to do ME in robotics and Artificial Intelligence in abroad.
