my friend , I will suggest you to go for M.tech course after completion of B.tech course..

As you are from technical field , so it will help you to pursue the m.tech course..

Also you will get specialize in a particular field..

After completion of which you can go for core sector jobs or you can go for further studies..

So, go for m.tech course..

MBA course is totally different from your field.. So, it might be hard for you to get adapted in this field..

k ill suggest you whether to do M.tech or MBA

M.tech:

first ill tell you about M.tech

M.tech is like if your interested to do literature post or If you wanna intersted in teching field or if wanna spread your studies then you can do M.tech

so now coming how to do M.tech

first you need prepare for GATE exam then if you qualify in the exam then your going to place in good university .

after that the university is going to give funds nearly 10,000 or more .

If you get more marks in GATE then your going to place in IIT field their they are going to give studies + job and the salary may be lakhs .

MBA( Master of Business Administration):

mba is thing were you can learn many thing you can go in any fields like it may be

software

hardware

HR for software companies

business

so in my way you can go for MBA

After completing the B.Tech in mechanical,you can get job or do master degree.
but now you have interest in MBA,then it's also nice,but your field is different from MBA.
so you have to keep knowledge of both the field B.tech and MBA .you have to make hard work more.
now a days,management is very important even for a small scale industy.so MBA or BBA holder are necessary.So,after completing the MBA,you have to get two chance to getting job either as a MBA holder or as a mechanical engineer.your repitution will also improved for getting job because now some company want to candidate with B.tech with MBA.so that they have not find two person and not pay to both.
so there are many benefits after MBA with B.tech.
