is Computer science Engineering is best than civil? and which is the most best and demanding branch in this year?

Sir, I have just Completed Inter. I have got 58,000 rank in EAMCET. I'm thinking to join in CSE in B.tech. Somone r saying that there will b less job oppertunities in this sector. plz help me

i have selected computer engineering everybody said that y u selected this course?so i am upset they also added that it is a very head ache work u cant earn more money ..so please say after finishing this course what jobs can choose ?also other

There are lots of job opportunities for Computer engineers.Today there is no place where computer is not used.Every where there is lots of use of computer and every time people wants new technology.Computer engineering is ever green field.It will not so much affect by recession.Every day people is demanding new software,new system.You can get job in many good and multinational company like HCL,ADOBE,MICROSOFT,TCS,WIPRO,SAMSUNG,DELL,LENOVO, INFOSYS,INTEL,INFOTECH,YAHOO,ORACLE,IGATE,CISCO,GO OGLE,ARICENT,HP,WIPRO etc.There are lots of good company in computer field.So don't worry you have good scope in your field.

If you are having good knowledge in front end technology and no knowledge in backend, then it will be difficult for you to get the job.

My suggestion would be too choose the platform of Java with Oracle. This is best suited for Freshers.

-You should have to score minimum 60% of marks in all your academic levels
-Your academic gap should not be more than 2 years.
